Withdrawal and Refund Policy

The following framework and refund table are provided as a reference and are based on your signed Student Agreement. Any tuition refund is determined solely by the withdrawal, removal, and refund policies set forth in the Student Agreement.

The following refund window only applies to 4-month or more job-guaranteed bootcamps.

When you withdraw or are removed from the program, your refund is based on how far you have progressed, measured by whichever is greater: the number of calendar weeks since your program started, or the furthest module you have marked as complete in your student dashboard.

This means that completing content ahead of schedule affects your refund eligibility. If you finish modules faster than the weekly pace, your refund is calculated based on those completed modules, not the calendar week you are in.

You are in Week 1 but have completed Module 4 → assessed at Week 4 (75% refund).

You are in Week 6 but have only completed Module 2 → assessed at Week 6 (50% refund).

Progress is determined at the time your withdrawal request is submitted, based on what is marked complete in your student dashboard.

The refunded amount, calculated based on the above stated pro rata refund policy, is calculated on the total invoice value (or the Total Bootcamp Price) and not the amount you have paid to date. If in any case the amount you paid to date is less than the total invoice value, you may not be entitled to a percentage of the amount you have paid as a refund. You must make the payment of the full invoice amount to be eligible for a refund on Pro Rata Basis.

Students that apply for monthly payments are still eligible for the Metana Job Guarantee and its terms found here. However, if you have chosen the monthly payment option, you are not eligible for a pro-rata refund due to the nature of the payment plan. This is because monthly payments are made for services already rendered. Since no additional payments are made in advance, no refund applies.

But you are eligible for a full refund (100% of all payments made) if you request it within 14 calendar days from the Program Start Date (Orientation).
